Ingredients
- 600g flank or skirt steak, sliced thin
- 2 red bell peppers, sliced
- 2 yellow bell peppers, sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
