- juice of 1 lime
- salt to taste

- 1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 bunch fresh mint, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
