Ingredients
- 300g firm tofu, pressed and cubed
- 400ml coconut milk
- 3-4 tbsp green curry paste
- 1 can (200g) diced bamboo shoots
- 100g green beans, trimmed
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, cut into chunks
- 2 tbsp fish sauce alternative (soy sauce)
- 1 tbsp palm sugar
- 3 kaffir lime leaves
- 2 tbsp oil
- fresh Thai basil leaves
