Ingredients
- 180g halloumi cheese, sliced 1cm thick
- 250g large prawns, peeled
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
